Welcome Evening & BBQ 🔥

Welcome, new freshmen! Let's kick off the new academic year by continuing one of Serveri's traditions! On Monday, August 31st at 16.00 Serveri's tutors will host a relaxed evening of team-building activities for freshmen at Valkeisenlampi. 🐭

After the activities, the tutors will guide everyone to Pyöräkatu, where we also hope to see lots of older students joining us! 🤍 Serveri will provide some BBQ snacks (including vegetarian options), but you're also welcome to bring your own food if you'd like.

You can recognize Serveri members by their white overalls, and the tutors will share the exact location in the freshmen chat on the day of the event. ✨

Please note! This event does not require drinking alcohol. Everyone is warmly welcome to this and all other events, regardless of whether or not they drink alcohol. 🤍

• WHAT? Welcome Evening (& BBQ)
• WHERE? Valkeisenlampi (team-building activities), later at the Pyöräkatu BBQ shelter
• WHEN? August 31st, 16.00 for freshmen, 17.30 onwards for older students (at Pyöräkatu)
• WHAT TO BRING? BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle), a camping chair or sitting pad if you'd like, and your student overalls (if you have them).
