In addition to engaging in active on-campus activities, Serveri negotiates benefits for its members. Member benefits are directly accessible to those who have paid their membership fee, and membership is always verified directly from the membership register.
In the autumn of 2022, the regular autumn meeting decided that Serveri ry will start collecting an annual membership fee of two euros from its members. This means that the membership fee is no longer one-time but needs to be renewed every autumn. Membership can be purchased from Kide.app.
Membership is valid from October to the end of September. The exception is for new members, whose membership is valid from September to the end of the following year's September. The membership fee for new members is 25 euros, including an enrollment fee and the membership fee for the current academic year. The membership fee for supporting members is 50 euros.
Starting from August 2023, you can purchase Serveri ry membership from Kide.app. The previous membership will expire if it is not renewed by October 1, 2023.

One can become a member of Serveri ry by simply paying the membership fee. Accepting a study placement alone does not make anyone a member of the student organization.
Serveri ry members can purchase student organization merchandise, such as coveralls, at a discounted price compared to non-members. Additionally, tickets for events such as sit-down dinners and trial activities may be available at a lower price for members, depending on the event.
Yes, you can. Membership is not checked at the entrance of student events. Non-members have the same right to wear Serveri's white coveralls as members.
The membership register collects the member's first and last name, as well as their email address. When a member does not renew their membership, their first and last name, along with their email address, will be removed from the membership register six months after the membership has ended. Only board members have access to member information.
During the transition to the new membership register, we will verify who has purchased the membership as a returning member. If the name of the renewing member is not found in the old membership register, the renewed membership may be nullified, and the payment will not be refunded. Therefore, if you do not have an existing membership with Serveri ry, please be honest and purchase a new membership.
